Rear Wilwood Brakes-

I'm installing the rear brakes and I'm getting some conflicting info from the youtube build video and the installation instructions from Wilwood. Should the caliper be facing the cockpit or are they going towards the rear of the vehicle? When I received the box from Wilwood, they are the small parking brake/ combo caliper. Is this normal? I am comparing them to the front calipers.... Any help would be appreciated!! HB Ryan

Here's what I have. The caliper is on the forward, lower side of the rear axle housing. Not been tested on the road yet though.

For a solid axle and the Factory Five upgraded Wilwood brakes http://www.factoryfiveparts.com/12-19-rear-wilwood-brake-kit/ they mount on the lower front part of the hub. Somewhere in the 7:00 - 8:00 o'clock position. The e-brake is integral on this particular brake. Also the rear calipers are quite a bit smaller than the fronts. In the attached link, there are several links to instructions with installation details.

I have these brakes on Mk4 #7750. It's in its second season and approaching 2,500 miles. They work fine. Not the best picture, but shows the approximate location:
