I'm at the point of putting my 4.6 in my roadster but I don't know how to disconnect the EGR. I know I can put a plate to block it but there is another thing right next to it that has 2 small pipes that come off from the EGR main exhaust manifold pipe. I don't know what to do with that small black box that is next to the EGR. Sorry I'm really Ignorant as to these things. Also I think my donor has the extra CA pollution stuff on it because it looks like ther are 2 more EGR valves in the front of the engine that have smaller pipes going to them from the front of the exhaust manifolds, and the have an electrical wire that goes to the intake manifold. REALLY NEED HELP on how to disconnect all of this stuff.

In first Pic what do I do with these electrical lines [orange arrows] that go to the intake manifold.
In second pic [blue arrow] what do I do with the 2 small pipes that come off of the pipe that goes from exhaust header [exhaust manifold] to the EGR and the electrical lines. And what do I do with the electrical lines that come off the EGR [green arrow] and go to the yellow arrow, and what do I do with the lines that go out of the yellow arrow box.

I'll have to look at the 4 valve in my wife's Lincoln to verify but I think those two small pipes are a coolant loop

no they come off the pipe that runs from the exhaust header to the EGR valve

Then the only other ones would be vacuum and could be capped
