Just wondering what is the best way to route brake lines on the drivers side with a Whitby brake booster in order to avoid header heat. Looking to run stainless lines. Also, what about the fuel lines on drivers side? Am installing 427 with mechanical fuel pump and again want to avoid header heat as much as possible. Thanks.

The way I routed the fuel and brake lines on Mk4 #7750 with hydroboost and mechanical fuel pump would work for your setup. Both front and rear brake lines I came off the MC and forward along the lower 3/4-inch tube. The front circuit follows a pretty normal path around the X-member. The rear circuit I went down by the front suspension and then down the 4-inch chassis tube. The fuel line next to the rear brake line also down the 4-inch tube and up and over the rear suspension to the gas tank.

Thank you for post your photos. Even though I am not the OP, it helped me out with my rear brake routing too. I did the work this weekend.

Thanks for all the help and info. I ordered a booster spacer from Mike Everson. It arrived very quickly but its 1/2 inch thick instead of 3/8. Mike said it would be okay but after loose install its not. Gotta call him tomorrow.
