I am looking for best or preferable locations for Battery Cut-Off Switch and Solenoid location on my 33Hot Rod. Can I see some pictures from you guys out there? The more the better.

I built a fiberglass "glove box" to fit in the space where the little Odyssey battery is supposed to go and relocated my Optima battery to the trunk. So it was a very easy matter to wire a kill switch into the back of that glove box. It's pretty easy to access while sitting in the driver seat, but I'd like to think it's hidden well enough that it would slow down a thief (especially if I removed the red plastic "key" for the night.)

I put my battery cutoff right behind my passenger seat. About where the battery access panel is. Attached it to the diagonal 3/4" tube for the opening. Hidden, but I can reach my hand behind the seat and turn it off/on. Hard to get a good pic with seats installed, but here it is. I put the solenoid in the recommended position in the manual. Upper passenger side. Worked ok. 54864

I put mine under the dash on the passenger side. For as many times as it goes on and off, it's really easy to get to

on a side note, the coyote pcm needs constant power for the memory. if the power is cut the data is wiped out and the engine will forget any self tuning it has done. I'm adding the cutoff only on the lead going to the starter B+ only as to not interrupting the main power for the pcm. and solenoid isn't needed, its a part of the starter

Thanks again Jason, I know our build is somewhat similar but I am hoping to use a heater with mine.

X2. It's a Roadster, but that's how I wired my cutoff and Coyote as well, including no firewall solenoid. I also have the RF harness power feed on the switched side of the cutoff. Details and pictures in my Anniversary Roadster build thread, link in the sig line.

i went with the 397-m-11000-c50 mini high trq modular.
the instructions say to use a fender solenoid with diode.

I put mine in the trunk behind the passenger seat. Sorry no photo.

That's a standard statement Ford has in their mini-starter instructions to prevent the starter from acting like a generator and keep itself engaged in certain applications. The Coyote controls pack makes no mention of a fender mounted solenoid or diode. In fact, tells you to connect the harness starter lead directly to the starter for PCM controlled engine starting. The power distribution box (PDB) has the necessary fuse and PCM controlled high current relay when wired this way. My 2015 Coyote powered Roadster isn't completed yet, but has been started multiple times and go-karted. It starts perfectly. Using the PCM controlled start function, you just touch the start position on the ignition key and it does the rest. You don't have to hold it. Just like a start button. It should work the same if taken through a firewall mounted solenoid, but I don't think it's necessary.
