I hope I can "advertise" (I'm not making money here) this!

I'm putting together a private car-only track day at NYST in Harpersfield, NY (near Oneonta). Beautiful facility, check my build thread for pics and vids. The track is technical and challenging, and you get tons of track time. Here's the post if you guys wanna try out your cars!

Hey guys—
We’re organizing another track day at NYST this year. The details:
Friday, July 8th. Cars run from 9am-5pm with a 1 hour break for an included lunch.
Cost is $225 per SLOW member, we need ~26 (including myself) to run the event. Cap is 50 people. However! If you’re looking to save some money, we’re offering $75 off if you bring 2 non-SLOW members with you (so $600 for 3 people). Also, if we hit the magic number of 30 people, we can reduce the price to $200 a head. Again, this includes lunch at the track and track time/coaching/ambulance/corner workers.

We had an AWESOME time at the NYST track event last year. It ran smoothly, we all got our seven 20 minute sessions on track, no crashes, a lot of sick pictures from the day, and we all met more SLOW members. We would love to have this event run once or twice a year. The track is incredibly facilitating, has a great group of guys, and is a tough and technical course for anyone looking to do what their car is made for. For those of you who haven’t been on track yet, the $225 you spend here will go infinitely farther than $225 in mods for making you faster in your car. Money well spent, every time!

Other logistics:
The driver’s meeting is at 8:15 am. All cars must be tech’d before that. Bring a leak free car, please! We run motorcycles on track and a little bit of oil dripped can turn into a really bad day for a rider. Besides that, tech will make sure suspension and wheels are tight, tires look healthy, etc.
We can bring everyone around the track in the morning like we did last year (on trailers) and show them the course/talk about the line. I walk the track every weekend before riding or driving, and it helps a lot. We also can get anyone a coach to ride with you, give you a ride, or play lead/follow. Afterwards, you’re welcome to camp ($20 for the night) at the track, and party with us there all night. I assure you I will be drinking after the track goes cold. The weekend following this Friday is a car weekend, so if you love the track, you can keep going.
For payment and the form, please contact me here or by email at labarbera.frank@gmail.com Last day to sign up and pay is 6/24/2016, but the sooner you get on it the easier it is for us!

A bump for a super cool track which isn't too far from a few of you! Come join me in my 818!

Great idea and I'd love to join, Frank, but I'll have to shoot for next year's event in the 818.

Slightly off topic, but any idea how much it would cost to do this at Palmer?
