So if I bought OE Wheels Bullitt rims: 17x10.5 with 6.7" backspacing and 27mm offset.....17x9 with 6" backspacing and 34mm offset, would that work with the full kit and the mossier rear end???

Those should work. Our 17X9 and 17X10.5 Halibrand wheels (https://factoryfiveparts.com/product.php?productid=16457&cat=0&page=1) have the same backspacing numbers, so you should be in good shape. The only difference is the offset you show on the 9" wheel, which would affect where the outside of the wheel ends up.
