Hi Guys,
I've done a lot of work over the years on cars, boats, snowmobiles, and motorcycles, but I have never installed a new set of front wheel hubs and bearings. DO I need to lube them on assembly or are they good to go as is? The manual does not mention lube, but the manual is rather vague on many things it seems. Unfortunately the "made in China" on the package in not confidence inspiring either. I went out and picked up a 36mm socket for the nut now I need to summon up 220ftlbs of torque :D
Thanks for the help,
John S.

They are a sealed unit, should be good to go.

Thanks for the reply. They didn't exactly seem like a sealed unit though. There was a metal sheave on the spindle face of the hub. It was in two halves, inner and outer. Seemed like I could remove them if I wanted to. When torqued down with the spindle nut they probably would be sealed up tight. Thanks again for the info, I wanted it to be right before I torqued them down.
