I have the Wilwood pedals, and will be using a hydraulic clutch. Do any of you use a clutch pedal stop? If so, how did you do it and can you post some pics? Thanks.

In my experience with the same combination of parts, the pedal arm contacts the back of the footbox. At that point, while the clutch is fully disengaged, the slave cylinder hasn't reached the end of its travel. So I haven't seen the need to install anything else.

Same as above.

So... Without a stop, has anybody gotten "a little too carried away" and tried to push the pedal through the front of the footbox?

With Wilwood pedals, the contact against the footbox front is at the curve of the pedal arm, not down by the pedal itself. The spot it contacts is only an inch or so from where the footbox front panel is attached to the steel footbox front. This area is really solid and I think the risk of damage is slim/none. Further point, at least for me (and I'm the only one that drives my car and that's not changing...) with where I have my seat my leg is basically straight out and I'm barely getting to the footbox front with the clutch. Not much force left to be pushing or bending/breaking anything. I'm average height and I think my setup is pretty typical.

I've clearance the clutch pedal so it does not contact the frame.
It stops right at the point of touching the steel panel in the front of the foot box.
Please know that I am running a hydraulic clutch set up so I have no experience with a cable style system.
Sorry, but I don't know if my comment helps or not.

No stop is needed. I have done both cable and hydraulic. Make sure you use at least a 1" clutch master. I normally use a 1 1/8".

I'm assuming that you are talking about a FORD set up.
My clutch master is a different size because I'm using a ZF S6-40 transmission.

Yes a T-5.
