View Full Version : Front LCAs - an inauspicious start

I unpacked my front LCAs today and step one was to insert the zerk fitting using a 5/16" wrench. The zerk is round, but the holes into which I am supposed to insert the zerks (for both LCAs) appear to be be slightly oval. The zerk will not go in, and I do not want to push it for fear of stripping it. Has anybody else experienced this and if so, how have they addressed it?

Figure out what is the correct tap size and tap the LCA's. That is what I did.
