Unknown Parts

Can someone tell me what the items are for? I think one came off of the chassis when we disassembled, but it was not labeled. The other got separated from its box...I don't see mention of either one on the manual...

First pic is the nose mount brackets. They go from the quick jack bolt to behind the front directional. Second pic is mounts for the hood pins.
