Has anybody used the Raptor Bed Liner product?
I've seen the stuff and it's a two part polyurethane that comes in various colors.
I'm leaning heavily towards using this product on the back side of my body because the finish is really nice and appears to be quite durable.
Interested in tinting the back side of the body to match the paint.

No experience with the U-Pol bedliner. Are you aware of how much of the underside is visible (or perhaps it would be more appropriate to say how much is not visible)?

I used it on most of my aluminum as well as under the body. I used a HVLP gun with a primer tip and experimented with pressure and reducer ratio. You can get effects from rough bedliner to fine wrinkle look. Just be sure to use plenty of acetone and 120 sandpaper. The stuff sticks well but the surface has to be clean and rough.

Jeff,
I'm going to seal the underside of the entire body just as I would if I were again building fiberglass lake skiffs.
Please know that I just like the idea of using something that is more flexible than Epoxy and more durable than Gel-Coat.
Heck, every piece of aluminum has been primed painted so why not do the underside of the body too.
Their spay gun set up looks even easier than using an old G-100 Gel-Coat Dump Gun.
Oldguy668,
I just found a few videos on You-Tube so thanks for the input.
The kit I'm looking at comes with the gun so I can 86 it upon completion.
Thanks Again Gentlemen!

Steve-
If you are willing, I would like to hear how your experience goes, along with any details you would be willing to post.
I plan on doing the same thing, and plan on tinting it to look close to an aluminum color. I am not trying to fool anyone, I just think the color would look good.
I hope your process is smooth and successful!
Regards,
Steve
I'm using Fusor on mine:

Keep in mind that the gun sold with the UPOL kit gives the coarsest finish. Gun cleanup isn't that bad if you want a fine finish.

I'll post pics once I get the body back off the car and sprayed.
