Sent my donor wiring out for a wiring diet, now I need to to have my computer flashed. Who does that and how much does it cost.

I have a 1996 mustang cobra donor, I was hoping that I could just send it someplace where they could flash it. I really don't want to have to buy the flashing unit and try to do it myself.

Many people can do those. If I was you, I would install a moates quarter horse and bring it to someone locally with a wideband and dyno.
The 2013 above is a different animal and can be done remotely since it has wideband. Unless you installed it, you don't.
Fwiw, you can use a quarter horse up to 2004 ecu's. I use one and tuner pro and have a innovative wideband tied into it so I can datalog in tuner pro. Trick and works like a charm.
