FFR springs for sale. Front are 8 inches tall, 2.5 inches inside diameter and 500lbs. rated. On my MK4 for 1,500 miles. $60.00 set of two, plus shipping.

Well unfortunately I don't have a need for your springs (good luck with the sale!) but I am curious about how you like the new softer set, where you sourced the new springs from, and with the experience you now have would you have picked yet a different spring rate for front or back?

The softer springs made a noticeable difference. They removed much of the initial harsh jolt from every little bump in the road. I feel no effect on cornering or braking. My ride hight (from bottom of main tube to ground) is 4 and 3/4 inch front, 5 inches rear. The new springs are Eibachs from Summit, red powder coated, FFR were black. They only come in 50 pound steps, so I took one step. I think that was enough. Time will tell.
