WTB: 1999-2004 GT donor

Currently looking for a 1999-2004 GT donor car to begin my mk4 build process. Would prefer something under the 120k miles range if possible, wrecked or driving is fine as long as the drivetrain isn't hurt. I can replace the other donor pieces if need be. Car can also be an 03-04 Mach 1.

If the car is driving, its POSSIBLE (but not guaranteed) I could do a trade for my 2008 Mustang GT + cash.

If anyone knows of any solid cars, any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have a 2001 Mustang Cobra. I wrecked it last week in the rain and the airbags deployed. I bought it new in 2001. The drive train is in excellent condition. It has recently new rotors and pads all the way around and about $4000 in new parts: air, serpentine belt, rear seal, gas tank filler neck and BF Goodrich tires as well as spare. I would like to sell the entire car instead of parting it out but I am open to suggestions. Time is critical as I need new transportation asap. All maintenance was done by local Ford dealer. You could sell the other parts and keep the drive train for a fraction of the cost. Asking $4500 for entire car.
