I have resolved my tire rubbing the F panel issue. I suspected it may have been aggravated by the fact that my suspension was hanging with the frame on jack stands. So...I dropped the frame to the ground and did a swag on the toe-in and it looks really good. We'll see how things look when the engine is in again. Now I can move on to other back burner items.
