Front LCAs

I have the tubular front lower control arms. After I installed them and torqued them to 110 ft-lbs, there is barely any bolt showing through the nut on the rear mounting bolts. This is the hardware that was supplied with the LCAs. Several posts say others have had to trim these bolts in order to install them. How should I move forward?
