Greetings fellow Coupe owners.....Not on here much anymore, but still busy playing with cars. Honored to drive Jud Shutts' "Warrior Princess" at Buttonwillow Raceway Park last weekend. Ran in the GTO class with the Vintage Auto Racing Association (VARA), securing a podium finish (2nd place) in a race group filled with wicked fast racecars. Stoked for sure, and looking forward to seeing my fellow FFR friends at Huntington Beach this weekend! Build it! Race it, or just plain drive it! You'll be glad you did! Karen

Thanks for the video. Any video from Willow Springs? My friend James Kuhns said he was pitted next to you and you have some ignition issues but I was hoping you may have video from earlier sessions.

Thanks so much everyone! Just got back from Huntington Beach, and had another amazing weekend. It was awesome to catch up with so many FFR friends, and there certainly were a whole lot of beautiful cars on Main Street.

I love my roadsters, but it was so good to be back in the Coupe last weekend. We had taken her to Willow Springs with a new carbureted 347 engine about a month ago, but unfortunately, we had significant engine issues and had to scrap the weekend (so no video). Long story, but bottom line, the Coupe has a new 347 installed and she ran beautifully last weekend. Still love the Warrior Princess, and truly appreciate everyone's encouragement with her racing developments.

Vman: That logo is simply outstanding!! Will have to incorporate into the next paint scheme. ;)
(Maui1972 (Mauricio): I was soooo bummed about your fuel pump going south. I just love that car of yours! You are driving it very well, and I was really looking forward to running with you!
Garry: It was Great to catch up with you this weekend! Looking forward to the London Cobra Show and some fast laps at Mid-Ohio! ;)

Thanks again everyone!!!

Sounds good Karen :), I still have the real larger orig. one, along with some other stuff I was working for you, but you never got back to me on it. I gather you got busy. :)

WOW! "Ballsy"(is that appropriate?) move starting at :42 to begin the race! Awesome job slipping between all of them to get to the front of the pack where you can stretch your legs a little.

Thanks jeepurz (love that name BTW!)......When your competition is gridded six spots ahead of you, and he has 250+ HP on you, the start is the only chance you get to make up spots. Good fun though!

Vman.....Sorry I never got back to you on all that. Like you said, life gets in the way, and it's been so nice to be back here with my FFR family. I'll be at the London Cobra Show (Ohio) in late June, and will in Spokane at the Festival of Speed next month as well. Stay well, and will look forward to seeing you at an event hopefully soon!

Great start. Loved the video. That logo looks so cool! Purple is one of my favorite colors.

So the question becomes; with The Warrior Queen then The Warrior Princess what comes next? Perhaps "The Duchess of Speed"
