I wasn't able to find any good information on installing the Wilwood pedals, so After looking at some pics, and making some guesses, I was able to get them in. If anyone sees anything wrong, please feel free to point it out.
First off, the pedal set comes with two new firewall panels to use instead of the stock ones:

It also comes with a mounting plate. I couldn't find the correct screws to use so I used M6 x 30mm flange bolts and flange nuts:

These are the bolts that the master cylinders will mount to:

Here is how you mount the spacers:

Finally I could not for the life of me figure out the mounting of the brake light switch. The hot rod install uses a little tab above the brake pedal, but this kit didn't come with one, it came with the blue bracket. The switch is normally closed (meaning the circuit is complete when it's at rest), so it has to be mounted to the front side of the pedal:

I had to drill the holes in the chassis using the switch bracket as a guide (1/4" dia holes):

Hope this helps someone in the future.

Looks fine to me. I installed one on the 818E build I am doing.

Looks good, 3 minor mods I had to make: To get the pedal height where I wanted it I notched the clutch pedal, it was bottoming out and limiting the travel. Shortened both rods a 1/2 inch, to adjust the pedals closer to the firewall for leg room. And had to clearance the aluminum to bolt up the masters.
Suggestion, check your pedal height and leg room before you bolt it in for good.

I noticed that final adjustment wouldn't be possible until my seats were in, so that's why the masters aren't installed yet. By the way, are you running just the single resoviour?

Is it possible to post a few pictures of how you ran your lines to the fluid canister?

Mike,
mine came with 3 new firewall panels... you might want to see if you are missing one of them...looking your photo, there is a 3rd panel on the far right, which eliminates the angled wing that sticks out from the old pedal box. My middle panel however looks like it is cut wrong as it does not line up with my lower control arm mount. Debating on asking FFR for the correct panel or just cutting it myself, which would leave me a larger opening in the firewall, which would rather not have.

I am using a Tilton reservoir, you can get it from Tilton or Summit.
Correct get the seat installed and get your pedal height set before you install permanently install the masters. I also installed longer studs for the masters. what the pedals came with didn't allow full engagement of the nylock nut.

I'll have to go dig through everything, but that box is now empty (the box containing all of the pedal parts).

Should be able see them now.
The shots of the brake lines are before they were tied down, hope this is helpful.

Mike, how tall are you? I only ask because I am 6' and the Wildwood pedal box in it's stock location would have been un-driveable for me. Well, maybe drivable but definitely uncomfortable. I moved the box 3" forward, the seats more rearward and am relocating the fuel tank to the front. I've made a ton of extra work for myself, but didn't really see any other choice.

5'10". I can't realistically set the pedal location yet because I don't have seats. I did climb in to try to simulate how much room there is, and it seemed fine. I have the newer style tank and firewall which looks to add some room.

Nice attention to detail, Mike. If you're planning to use a remote brake-balance cable setup, you may want to think about the knob's placement. Mine is going to be hidden up under the dash, away from curious knob turners. You will want to prcisely set your center position and measure how much threaded rod is showing off the left side. Then, keep tack of how many turns (towards front bias) it takes to get to your happy place and measure the threads again. Now you have your 2 critical measurements in case you think someone futtzed with your controls.

I was able to find a PDF through the Internet with ff instructions and installed the pedals yesterday. However your pictures were very helpful as confirmation. Thanks!
Mitch
Also going to take your recommendation and shorten the rods. Thank you too for the advice.

The FFR catalog on the website now has downloadable instructions for the wilwood pedal assembly along with instructions for the trunk, windshield wipers, the R supplemental and a few others. http://www.factoryfiveparts.com/instructions/

What bore size are you using for the brake and clutch master cylinders?
