Right now my block is engine builder black, but I'm toying with either ford blue (which shade?) or metallic black. I have seen the whole range on everyone's cars, so post a picture.
Also, what were colors on original Cobras?

'65 and earlier Ford blocks and heads were black. '66 and later were blue. I like the Dupli-Color high-temp ceramic paints for engines - especially the Ford satin black.
Mine is black......

Mine is Universal Red because I want it to match the car, which will eventually be a bright torch red. (Non-Metallic)
The engine bay is black with the rivet's left silver and cleared over.
My game plan is to install the drive line in a few weeks.

What did Ferris Buhler say?
Wasn't it something like: "If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up!"
Nice Lack-O-Paint Job For Sure!

I also like the ceramic old school ford blue. But I get carried away with polished aluminum for sure. LOL.

I like black, but it can be hard to see oil leaks.
