First update:
Today I got the fuel filter and lines installed. It was a bit more of a challenge because the filter cannot go in it's intended location due to the IRS crossmember. also the hose between the filter and tank is very stiff which limits mounting location without making a new hose. this was my solution.

I mounted it to the crossmember and bent it up to avoid chattering from the hose clamp.

The fuel lines turned out pretty nice. Almost looks like I knew what I was doing!

David-
Your first post said you had a long story, presumably about coupe numbers 696 and 701. Unless I missed something, I didn't see a long story. I was so disappointed! ;-o)
I look forward to following your build.

Regarding the long story on chassis number 696 and 701-
I ordered my kit in June at the Factory Five Open House last year. As listed above the car was ordered with the 2015 Mustang IRS system which Factory Five had debuted just days before during their 20-day countdown to their 20th anniversary open house. My coupe was the first one ordered with the new suspension, which turned out to be a recipe for disaster. When Factory Five went to weld my chassis (696) they forgot a 1" spacer on the jig. Because of this the rear crossmember for mounting the differential was 1" too close to the back of the other diff mount points. Luckily we contacted FFR about this just before they started welding on the second 2015 IRS coupe and after sending them a few photos to confirm that they had welded it incorrectly they sent us a new frame (701) and took our old one back. Would probably be in the go-karting stage now if not for that but oh well, I can't blame them too much just wish they would've measured twice.

I remember that thread. Bummer, but they "fixed it" for ya! How much did you already have done before you figured this out?.

Luckily not much. I only had the front suspension on and the bushings for the Rear suspension in. I was waiting for the rear control arms because they were backordered for about a month. Finally getting the long awaited control arms and finding they weren't remotely close to fitting in was heart breaking to say the least. lol

David-
I missed the story originally. Sorry for your trouble, but pleased that it was resolved without too much drama. If it makes you feel any better, I had to redo my front suspension because I am stupid, not because of a mistake by FFR!
Thanks for the clarification on the hull number differences.
Best of luck with your build!!

Steve
