Base Kit hood hinges

Why is it that the base kit doesn't seem to include hood hinges? Not listed as an option either...........

It comes with those snazzy hood pins! ;) Just gotta buy them if you want.

If I could do-over on my care I would remove the FFR laser-cut hood hinge receiver brackets.
Will do if the body every needs to come off (which I hope is not the case)

Oh and definitely do hood hinges. I just heard from a builder today whose hood blew off because he forgot to install his hood pin retaining clips - and he is not the first one.

Ouch; I hate to hear things like that! Right there is reason enough to get hood hinges in my mind.

Ditto on the hood hinges from Breeze...I ordered the base kit without the fancier hinges and used the hinge mounts for other stuff. The Breeze mounts were pretty easy to install. Here is my installation so far:

I also used the Breeze hinges and since we are spending your money, get the fan shroud and cowl cover too.;)
