Falken Azensis FK-453?

Anyone have experiance with the Falken Azensis FK-453? I am looking for a basic street tire and maybe the odd track day tire but mainly for the street. I read a bunch of reviews and it seems like a simple tire that was quiet and smooth

With regards to wheels & tires....my 818S sits on Falken 215/40/18's on the front and 265/35/18's on the rear; this is a nice stance. Capt. Bill
