Cruise-In To Huntington Beach Event

In past years many FFR enthusiasts have gathered in Dana Point and cruised up Pacific Coast Highway to enter the now famous Factory Five Racing Annual Gathering in Huntington Beach, and this April 30th is no exception.

The ever popular Ageless Avengers are again posting this notice of an early Saturday morning drive up Pacific Coast Highway from the Dana Point Starbucks parking lot (at 34122 PCH in Dana Point) to greet the ever popular Sally Bean of FFR and be granted entrance to the days festivities along Main Street in Huntington Beach.

Plan to arrive at the Starbucks Dana Point parking lot around 7:00AM. We will depart at 7:30AM with an estimated ETA of 8:15AM at Sally's e-z up for check-in. For the rest of the day, the only thing we have to do is have fun.

No afternoon plans yet, David. But we could maybe consider loading all the cars on a ferry and boat to Catalina for Pina Coladas and a quick cruise around the island.
I haven't done that since the '60s.

Tell me it isn't true Dave Smith and Sally Bean are planning to enter the Huntington Beach Car Show this Saturday by skydiving on to Main Street at 9AM. OK, it isn't true, but those that come at 9 and hang around until the afternoon will have one hell of a good time, especially if you bring your completed kit.

And those that want to gather at Starbucks in Dana Point at 7AM are welcome to cruise with others to the show up PCH.

I'm going to try to cruise with you guys. I'm probably going down early to deliver some stuff like the pop up tent and then come home to pick up the car and drive over.

Yeah, and fairly illegal! They haven't allowed cars from off the island since the 60's have they? It's locked down pretty hard.

Maybe a breakfast cruise? Sorry I haven't scheduled the Sunday event like usual, but I'm actually flying to Paris for work at 3pm out of LAX so it's too tight.
