Hello all - Buying parts while waiting on my MK 4 kit. I'm doing a no donor build and am in the middle of buying parts. I just purchased a #6406 Autozone power rack and it came with the rubber bushings. My question - I don't have any bolts, washers or sleeves. What size do I purchase (Grade 8 for sure) or where do you recommend I purchase them from?

Thanks

The kit will have the fasteners, but for best results with the rack install, get a set of Breeze rack bushings (http://www.breezeautomotive.com/details.php?prod_id=720&cat_id=12). While you're at it, get the rack fitting kit (http://www.breezeautomotive.com/details.php?prod_id=646&cat_id=12) to hook the -an hoses to.

Perfect - didn't know about the fasteners. I ordered the Breeze bushings and the AN adapters for the rack and the power steering pump with high pressure braided line and end fittings.

Thanks for the reply!

Please check the rack from AutoZone if you meant to get the 3 turns lock to lock version. I went through 3 racks from AZ before finally giving up and getting Breeze's rack. The problem I found is the store could simply not guarantee that the stock number would be the 3 turns lock to lock version. Additionally the paint was scrapped off each of the one's I actually took home and one had a collapsed hydraulic line.

After that frustration I ended up with the Breeze rack which came from Unisteer. It had the extenders and larger bellows installed.
