Where is the best place to install the rear brake line tab on the roadster?

Depends on if you have the three-link or IRS. Mine, with three-link, is mounted just off center towards the driver's side. Also, I'm not sure how that part is these days, but for mine, I welded in a small socket so that the large brake line fitting on the flex-hose was held in place so that I could connect the fitting on the hard line.

I didn't like any of the options for running the rear brake lines to my disc brake calipers, so I swapped the calipers side to side and mounted them on the front of the axle. The brake line routing seems cleaner to me, though I'd be interested to see what others have done. Also note that I have not attempted to run e-brake cables yet.

Depends on the suspension but it also depends on the brakes you're using. I knew your build is the new IRS. Are you also using the newer Wilwood brakes for this suspension? If so, the calipers are on the back of the wheels and the flex line has to go there including around the back of the coilover. For this setup, I placed the tab in the same place Factory Five did with their prototype Anniversary build. Seen here in this picture.

Even if you are using the standard Ford brakes, the mounting for the calipers on the 2015 knuckles is on the back. There is no option to reverse the calipers as jloehlein mentioned. If you place the tabs toward the front you're going to have a problem. No matter what, you shouldn't be placing the tab until you have the brakes installed so that you can get the best routing. Do you have them installed yet?

You know you said before you bought a kit with all the features of the 20th Anniversary version. Many of the questions you're asking are mentioned and pictured in my build thread. There are a couple other build threads with a similar configuration. These can be huge resources for you.

Hotrodder it would be very helpful if you had car details in your signature line. That way we can avoid the "..if you have a 3 link.." and "..if you have IRS..".

The other variable is whether the calipers are mounted ahead of or behind the axle centerline.

Yes I have the same set up as you edwardb, I thought about where you have yours. My brakes are installed. So don't go in front of the axle is what your saying?52030

Thanks for yalls help, I marked it out almost the same spot as edwardb just in front of axles, and on the vertical side instead of undrside.

No, not in front of the axles. I don't think the supplied hose will reach plus they will be in the suspension. Here are two hopefully better pictures. This is the driver's side.

I honestly don't remember. They're on the box manifest. The little cable adapter brackets are Wilwood specific. They're bare metal. I painted them.

I found the adapters but I don't know what hardware the adapters were in a bag with the mounts and the retaining clips
