So, I have a new F150 on the way. It's the same as the last 6 or 7 I have had, with no chrome, upgrade wheels, short cab, short bed, 4x4, windows, locks, mirrors, rear camera, rubber floors. This time, I splurged a bit and bought the 5.0 engine, since the 3.5 Ecoboost is not available with my configuration.
Having owned a Coyote-powered FFR, I'd like to get this truck engine to the same horsepower levels as the roadster. What can I expect to get out of it with some exhaust upgrades and a tune. Is plus 50HP a reasonable expectation? Mustang Man will know this one.
