818S to 818C

I am about to start with the body install on my 818S (Chassis #198). I would like to convert the car to an 818C.

(1) Is there a known list of parts to order from FF to do the conversion?
(2) Since I have not started yet, any obvious things I should do differently or not at all while waiting for said parts?
(3) Anyone else with an 818S done the conversion yet, and if so any gotchas?

Looking forward to getting my project back on track!

I'm currently doing the conversion. Fitting the door frames and trying to get window gaps. Front end is a no brainier just replace what you had with new parts nothing really special. For you though I would do the side sails than rear bumper. Doors than top. Finish with the fenders and hood

What parts are replaced when switching to the 818C? Just the front fiberglass pieces, hood, window and window frame? Are the doors different? Engine cover the same?

Windshield frame gets replace with the top becomes integrated into one piece. Engine cover and trunk cover are integrated into the top. The doors stay the same but you have to switch the door frames and cut slots for the windows. Fenders get switched to the new panels and you get rid of the front bumper all together. Hood is the same for both cars. For the front you bolt on the brackets for the front end and switch out the radiator fender liner aluminum.
