Looking for the rubber bumpers under the hood. I've searched and found few references to these. I checked out ACE Hardware and all I found there were furniture "feet".
Mine are pretty shot after only 5 years or so. I suspect the ones FFR uses are not exactly "automotive" quality. Would love them to be heat and weather resistant but mine are so shot I'll take what I can get.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Yep, McMaster. So many varieties there it's hard to know which ones though. I can tell you I've used used 9540K43 (1/2 inch diameter, 1/4 inch high) and 9540K53 (5/8 inch diameter, 13/32 inch high). These have washers molded into the bottom, and work really well.

Thanks guys!
I always forget McMaster-Carr for little things like this. I went with 9540K43 figuring a 100 pack will serve me well for a few years. Thought about the Mil-Spec ones made of Buna-N but they were twice as much and didn't appear any more resilient than the other ones. Time will tell.

I use McMaster for lots of things, since one of their warehouses is only 10 minutes from work. But, for stuff like this, I try to "re-purpose" OEM style things from restoration places like National Parts Depot and Year One. The resto parts tend to have a good appearance and hold up in the automotive environs.
