Hey guys,

My 818C arrived today, and I am so excited to start working on it. The trucker from Stewart said the assembly manual would be in box one. However it was not in box one, two, or three. The Parts Ordered List has a zero next in the box next to the 818 assembly manual, where all the other parts have checks. Does this mean the manual is back ordered? What could cause them not to include one, did they run out of printer paper? I'm at a bit of a stand-still with my kit until I actually get some instructions. What should I do?

Thanks,

You could pay for a digital download. It's actually a lot easier than hunking that huge paper weight around the garage. You can also read up on a lot of the earlier build threads. Congrats though on the build. Have fun it's going to be a roller coaster of a ride.

Usually if you e-mail FFR, they will send you a link to the soft copy for free.

Welcome to the madness, Joe. It's one of the most fun journeys if you keep a fun outlook, which means no schedule, a flexible budget and take from/give to this forum. As Hindsight said, call Factory Five in the morning for a link to the latest manual.

yeah 0s means it should also be on your backordered list, probably no coupe manual exists yet.
