After finally getting my new front end kit I have removed the old stuff powder coated most of the new bits and then started to try and fit it up as per the new manual revisions, and the first thing they mention is to mount the top fender/hood pin mount on the inside of the bracket.
The picture shows it mounted on the outside of a welded on bracket that I have included with the kit but what they don't say is where to mount the first bracket that is welded on in the picture.
Can someone with a newer kit that might have this bracket welded in place give me a measurement from the top of the radiator mount or from the point of the radiator support triangle? so that I know where to mount mine.
Thanks

Wish those would of been in the manual revision. Its fine, already made my holes and they are slightly off but only by a hair. Could you post of pictures of the new front aluminum where it meets the radiator subframe.

Speaking of measurements, anyone can share the following 3 measurements? (my pix are at an angle, the numbers on the tape don't show real distances)

I'd like to compare if I located the supports within relative specs, cuz I didn't need to move them at all, which is totally weird, and I got this:

5400954010

I know that's not possible to get it right like this without ANY trimming and just playing around with the panels. Something tells me my lower fender supports are not where they should be. Cuz if they were at the right place, I'd have a lot of trouble fitting the panels, so what is the right place?

Did you bolt the lower bolts at the exact same height (front and rear bolts, shown on pix above) or the front bolt is higher?
