I have seen people using a rubber seal along the edge of the headlights on the front bumper to clean up the joint between the bumper and the headlight.
what seal is everyone using? thin 1/4" u channel seal?

Not sure what kind of look you are looking for but on my R I used this http://www.mcmaster.com/#edge-seals/=118rr6w (1120A572)
