I hope to purchase a complete coupe kit in the near future. I have noticed there are several vendors that make upgrade parts or offer other parts that are not in the kit. Does anyone have a list of what is available? I hope I am clear on what I'm asking....
Thank you,
Bob

That's too big for one list. Check out the vendors supporting the site. Many have sections for the Coupe stuff they sell, but keep in mind that many of the items sold for the Roadster also work for the Coupe. I've bought from Breeze, Russ Thompson, Mike Forte and North Racecars with great results.

As for me, I have wipers, cupholders, air conditioning, custom gas pedal and brake/clutch pedal pads, engine upgrades, led taillight bulbs, remote door releases, a license plate frame with built-in reverse warning lamp, and hatch supports that don't use the gas-charged struts. Depending on what you want out of your Coupe, your shopping list might be much longer. :)

Bob,

As Darkpt said above, there are numerous options you can apply to the Coupe, it's more a matter of developing a plan for what you want the end product to do. If it's going to be a "Replica" of an original, then you need to seek out Russ Thompson for some of his goodies, He makes several items that were found on the originals, that you would need to have that type of appearance.

If your looking to more of a "Street Cruiser", weekend "Track Warrior", then more performance items are necessary to make the Coupe more livable on the Street, or competitive on the Track.

If you can give us a idea of what direction you would like to take, I'm sure someone has built theirs that way, and they can guide you through the process.

Thank you for the replies. I have built several street rods in the past so I am confident I can build the coupe. My goal is to try to match some of the quality work I have seen on this forum and the other one. Since I'm leaning towards painting the car red, I don't feel the need to look just like an original. My plan is for the newer gauges, taller tires and traditional rims offered by FFR, and the higher competition seats offered by FFR. I have read about the need for AC...I'm guessing I really don't need heat. I would love to have the Wilwood brakes as much for the name for show purposes but the idea of better performance is a good idea also. I plan to build this for my own enjoyment and occassional car show. I would like to put it on the track some but haven't told my wife yet!!! No more than 400 HP with the 5 speed. I could use advice in any area that someone has to offer especially with suspension mods. Wow ...alot of questions. Please feel to free to comment. Thank you.

Well as one of those pesky vendors offering coupe parts welcome aboard.

Seriously, I offer many coupe and roadsterparts, I'm a vendor listed under "Russ'Garage"

Just hang out here and you'll soon see a pattern, everyone here will help you spend your money! :-)

Thanks Russ, I have already been made aware of some of the great stuff you supply. I'm just hanging loose until FFR offers another sale and then I think I'll be able to place an order for the coupe. I do like your "Daytona" badges but without a car it is kind of putting the cart before the horse.... :)
I'm just waiting......

There are many suspension upgrade available out there for both front and rear. Many prefer the IRS for a primarily street car as it will provide a more comfortable ride. If you go solid axle you can upgrade to the 3 link or a 5 link from Levy Racing. There are several upgrades available for the front as well including the SAI mod, control arms, power steering etc.
For brakes the option are almost limitless. You just need to make sure they will fit inside the wheel sizes you want to run.
