I apologize if this is a question that's been answered before. I thought I'd seen an answer previously, but searching did not turn up a thread.
Anyway, I'm building a MkIV kit with the 2015 IRS, including the full set of IRS parts from FFR.
With the kit came the drive shaft adapter. The parts list showed it as the correct adapter - for a manual since this is mating with a TKO600.
50839
However, when it came time to bolt this adapter to the center section for the IRS, the adapter appears to be ever so slightly too big to fit.

Looking at it straight on (when held in place as in the pic above) the holes for the 6 hex bolts also do not quite line up with the matching holes into which they're supposed to go. The whole adapter appears just a bit too big, with the bolt holes commensurately also too widely spaced to line up.
Have any of you encountered this? Is it that I have the wrong adapter? Is it that I have the wrong center section? Is it that I'm missing something obvious?
Thanks as always for your help.
Paul
