Hello I am working on an 818 build. As time allows karting and NASA/SCCA events. If plans go well I have a few out of the box ideas for a future 33 build.

I am near Binghamton. Have you done any HPDE with the 818R?

Oh cool. I've done a few track days in it(3 at NYST where I now hold a season pass and 1 at SLMP). I'll be dialing it in next year at NYST all year for sure.

Welcome to the forum. The regional SCCA runs at SUNY B at least twice a season and usually does a test and tune in June . If I get my act together I may run a 33 this summer. The 818 is perfect for those events. Kick some Miata butt!!

Ah sorry I just saw this. NYST is beautiful, a real diamond in the rough. Great track surface, very intricate course, cool group of guys, and lots of run time for the price IMO. They also run bikes there (I'll be on my new bike some days and the 818 others...maybe both if I'm feeling up to it). I highly recommend the track and it's close to you (~1.5 hours).
