I am using an after market guage. It needs 100 empty and 0 full. I know the OEM senders are 50 empty and 0 full each. Do those combine to be 100? If not anyone know where I can find a level sensor that's 100 empty 0 full?

I am using this one in my 12" tall front tank.

It is 0 ohms full and 90 ohms empty. It work great with Subaru cluster (gauge) and ecu.

Edit: reversed full empty numpers

OEM ecu but aftermarket cluster. So if your ecu works fine with what you have are you saying that the OEM cluster is looking for 100ohms so it's combining the two OEM unites to equal 100?

Yes, the 2 oem sensors are wired in series. (added together)
So when empty, the total is 90 to 100 ohms.
When full the total is 0-5 ohms.
You will need a gauge the reads 90-100 ohms empty to match the ECU.
Bob
PS: I don't know why the ECU needs fuel level. But it's nice for data logging.
Edit: Fixed the full/empty mistake

Perfect answers my question thank you soooo much! One last one though isn't the gauge 0 full and 100 empty? Managed to fined this after posting.

Yes
I made a mistake in my post above.
Subaru is 0 full and 100 ohms empty.
I will edit the above post.
