Hi Everyone!
Stewart Transport will be delivering my ’33 Hot Rod kit in a month or so, and I understand that the driver unloads everything and helps drag it all into my garage. So I’m wondering if it’s customary / appropriate to tip the driver since he’s doing much more than just dropping a box off on the curb? Thanks in advance for your opinion.

That's what I did on mine. The tailgate delivery is really all they have to do so if and when they help get it all into your garage and often even help put a
chassis up on stands that's worth a decent tip IMO
Mine came on the FF hauler instead of Stewart and their driver nicknamed> "Honey Badger" was very helpful and a hella nice guy.

Definitely. I gave him $100. I had already factored in a higher delivery cost than was actually charged, so this didn't even push me over budget. Driver was great, very helpful, and went out of his way to deliver mine the day before Thanksgiving, before he went home to be with his family. It was not scheduled to be delivered until the Sunday after Thanksgiving. He really went the "extra mile" for me. (pun intended!!)

I gave him $100 because the neighbor's trees were far enough into the driveway to make it so he could barely back in enough to get out of the street. Was about 50yds from the house.
