97 Mustang Donor Pedal Box

Evening All,
Finally starting to make some small progress with my Roadster. I was test fitting my donor pedal box and found that the brake pedal lever is hitting on the 1" sq tube cross brace. Is this a common problem or am I missing something ?

Thanks Edward, I am running the Hydroboost set up, so I went out and bolted it the Hydroboost system and the pedal is still hitting on the cross brace. Looks like I may need to modify the pedal or make a 1/16" spacer to put behind the booster adaptor.
