I was just wondering if the new front end uses the donor fog lights?

The new front end doesn't use fog lights out of the box. FFR put some on their coupe but that was a custom add on. Bill and I have been looking at various fog lights and how to mount them behind the new nose insert. The 02/03 fogs might work but the 04+ fogs were much smaller and not the same big round ones.

I've been thinking about adding fogs to the old-style bumper I have in order to provide more night lighting (I've read the Camry lights are aimed too low).

I used a pair of 4" xenon fog lights from blinglights. Glass lens with cast aluminum backs. Universal mount. ~$200.00. I centered them in the outer grille cutouts. Checked on using the subie fogs but they're far too big for the openings. If driving lights are what you're after, that's a different type reflector.

I'm looking hard at the JWSpeaker model 6045. In black it definitely has the "Jeep" thing going on, but in chrome it's more distinctive and less "Jeepish". I printed one out in real size and taped it where it belongs...looks pretty good and the downward angle of the reflector matches well with the angle of the grill itself. This is a DOT approved fog light and as this video shows, it performs well beyond what it's mediocre lumen specs would suggest. Shows what a well-engineered reflector can do. The company that made this video sells the optional rubber housing. $222 from Amazon.
