After flogging myself for hours trying to find specific information on certain items, I am now asking for help. Can anyone post suggestions on how to utilize the SEARCH function of the forum to assist me?
The forum has a lot of good information, I just don't have time to read thru each and every post to find that nugget of information I'm looking for. For example, I want to know about how big and how heavy an 818 kit is when you pick it up at Factory Five. I remember reading it in one of these posts just a few weeks ago, along with some of the adventures many of you had getting your new kits home. I remember one the post had discussed enclosed trucks, using rented U-Haul trailers, etc. but now I can't for the life of me find it again, let alone any other one. What am I doing wrong? (I tried searching on kit pickup, kit trailer, etc.)
Another post I have been searching for involves the design of a castered roll-around frame to support the kit frame at a suitable work height. I had seen a couple pictures, but now I can't find them again.
Does anyone have any useful tips for searching?
