Seat Belt mounts

So I have been going back and forth on the best place to mount harness belt tabs. Does any one have any words to share :D?

Side Belts:
I ordered a set of double sheer mounts. At the moment I'm planning to weld it from the x-brace to the rear bar behind the X-brace. If i do this there will be a slight gap for the mount I'm sure this isn't detrimental however rather check. If that doesn't work, I was thinking maybe welding the tab on to a plate and welding that plate around the same area really just created a larger welding/mounting area.

Sub Belts:

Right in the middle of the X-brace I was planning to put tabs on the left and right side of the tab with a hole in the middle for each eyelet bolt.

Also as a side note I made a mistake of following FF directions and already installed the floor. Anyone see any problem with welding everything from the top or should I pull off the floor and weld both on top and bottom of the plates.

here is what I did for my seat belt tabs/seat mount plate, I only have a 4 point and its not a true racing belt. I got tabs from a race shop here in town.

I followed similar to your style but reinforced the bottoms because I'm extra paranoid. I also over welded on the harness mount haha rather have lots of weld then to little.

Has anyone noticed that the submarine/crotch belt is not evenly mounted if you weld within the X part of the frame under the seat. It seems that the seat are more to the left of the center of X. So when you install your sub belts one side is going to be longer then the other. I can't find any regulation against this. But I'm not sure if thats safe or not. Has anyone had any experience with this or noticed it?

I talked with Schroth this morning they were extremely helpful! They said its okay to have the offset since it is not very drastic they said so long as its a few inches your fine. Just make sure you have correct spacing between the two.
