Cooing system efficiency

I will have my 33 finished soon, and my wife and I are planning on taking it on the Hot Rod Power Tour in June. I will be running the hood and side covers with an A/C condenser. ( 4.6 Ford 2 valve). We live in Canada and I am wondering how good the Factory Five radiator and electric fan is at keeping the engine cool in the hotter temps we will be experiencing in the southern U.S. Do I need a fan shroud, or is the rad and fan up to the job?

Mine runs at 180° steady. I don't have a shroud and have not had the AC charged so Not sure how much that will affect it but it is warm here in Honolulu.

I'm running a modified 4.6 High compression 2V. With A/C, Hood and side panels with vents. No overheating issues. It does get hot in there with the panels and all but it never overheated. The main thing is the heat soak it gets when its all closed up and inn traffic. I'm going to open up the side panels some more to eliminate that also.
