Other then the low HP... are there any other issues i would have using this as a donor?

I found one locally in NJ with 140,xxx looks clean and is running and driving.

What is a fair price to pay for it? Fair for me I don't care about the seller.

If the head gaskets have not been done it probably would not hurt to do new ones prior to installing, SOHC subie motors get leaky head gaskets with that millage its really common.
Maybe do spark plugs and timing belt while you are at it.

I have seen those for from 500.00-1200.00, kind of all over the place
