Calendar Orders

Here's the deal...
there are exactly 2 ways to order the calendar.

1. Send a PM to me through this forum.

2. Send an email to me at taz-rules@shaw.ca

I will need to know
1. How many calendars you want
2. Shipping address
3. Contact information to set up a PayPal payment with you.


We haven't worked out cost yet, or whether there will be a poster-size wall calendar on offer with a collage of images (like in years past).
Steve and I will keep you posted on those developments.

Its official, the 2016 calendar is full.

In previous years, the calendar has cost $25. I am happy to say that I am able to do it this year without raising the price. This includes shipping within Canada and the Continental US via postal service. If you need expedited shipping, such as FedEx, or international shipping to Europe, Asia, etc, contact me via email and we will work it out.

I would like to ship the orders before the end of the month to give everyone lots of time.

Again, as stated in the above post, your best bet is to email me at taz-rules@shaw.ca with the appropriate information.

If you haven't received an invoice in your email box, then I haven't received your order. If you want a calendar (or several) now is the time.

I have 30 calendars ordered (plus a mouse pad!)
Just got the proofs for approval, printing begins in a couple of days, shipping shortly thereafter.

I must say I was expecting to put out more than double this many.
Anyone missing?

I hadn't looked into the poster-sized wall calendar this year. I suppose I could if there is interest. I sent you a PM to see what exactly you were after.

The first batch of 50 calendars is printed and virtually all spoken for.

I am shipping all paid orders tomorrow. If you want your calendar in the first wave, get back to me ASAP. taz-rules@shaw.ca

So far, all outstanding invoices are paid except for two, and one individual has said he/she wants a calendar but hasn't given me shipping info or info on how many copies.

As time goes, I can print more runs, but it will be tougher to get them done and shipped to arrive in time for Christmas.

I'm going to check and invoice further requests first thing in the morning, and then all paid invoices will ship in the afternoon.

All the orders I have so far are in the mail. You should have received an email telling you that your calendars have shipped.

If you have not received an email saying your calendars have shipped, then I have not received your paid order. If you are expecting calendars, and have not received an email, you need to contact me ASAP at taz-rules@shaw.ca so we can sort it out.

There is still time to get an order in and receive your calendars by Christmas. Get 'em now, while they're hot!

Glad they arrived and you are happy. I guess others should be rolling in soon...though I'm thinking the American orders may take a few extra days.

Because it has to clear customs etc, the expected delivery date in the States is Dec 7, according to the post office.

Today's news on the calendar front....

The first run of 50 calendars is sold out and shipped.

I can and will print more to order. As I understand it, because the shipping is coming from Canada and has to clear US Customs, American orders need to be placed, paid, and shipped prior to Dec 9 in order to be delivered in time for Christmas. Orders shipped after that date will require a bit of an add-on fee for expedited shipping in order to arrive on time.

Keep those orders coming!

Big Day for the calendars...

The first wave should be arriving between today and Wednesday!!! :cool:

I'm sold out of the first run, but can print more! If I can get some more orders in and paid by Wed or Thurs, I can ship Friday, which would be the last day that regular post gets delivered in time for Christmas. After that, we need to use expedited shipping.

I'd like at least 5-10 calendars total on order to do a run, so let me know if you are interested...Time is running out!

Today is the day!
Any orders that are to arrive by Christmas pretty much have to be placed today. I'm setting up the run with the printer this afternoon, and paid orders will be shipped Friday morning. There will be (literally) a couple of spares to fill late orders.

After this, it gets more expensive to ship in time for the holiday.

Later orders will, of course, be accepted, but you will get the calendar later.



Please keep letting me know when your packages arrive. I'm keeping track of shipping times as a reference for next year.

Hi All.....

OK, Thank God for the additional orders requiring another print run!!!!!!!!!


In setting up the second run, the printer discovered an error. If you look at the month of April, they have it beginning and ending on the wrong day of the week. :confused::confused::confused:

Oops.

The printer is making good. They are correcting the error and reprinting ALL of the calendars, and reshipping at their own expense. (Yay!)
The new, revised calendars may or may not arrive in time for Christmas, they are being printed now, and we are shooting to have them all sent out by Friday, but it may be Monday.
For what its worth, your current calendars are accurate through to, and all except for, April. So you will get your new one before it becomes an issue. But for those of you going through your new calendars, if you catch that mistake, please know that its already being resolved.

Ash, Thank you for putting this together for the GTM forum again. The calendar is very nice and cutting edge. I know that I speak for everyone when I say that your efforts are much appreciated.

Also, thank you for the follow up and making sure that when an issue was noticed, it was taken care of as quickly as possible. I gave a couple of calendars to friends, and they were blown away.
