I was planning to order my roadster kit next year and begin my build. In preparation, I gathered the major parts needed to complete the IRS. However, now that FFR has changed their IRS design, the kit that I will eventually order will not use the parts that I have collected. I’m hoping that there is someone out there who has a kit with IRS but has not yet sourced the items to complete it so these parts can find a good home.
The parts that I have for sale:
Torsen T2R Differential
28 spline with 4:1 torque bias ratio. This differential was made in 2007 but is still new in the box having never been installed in a car. I bought it about a year ago.

Lincoln Mark VIII Aluminum Cased Differential Center Section Assembly
3.27 ratio gears, open differential (hence the Torsen). Removed from a relatively low mileage, clean 1998 Mark VIII LSC that looked to have been well cared for until it was sideswiped. The assembly is clean and I retained the stock mounting bolts and nuts.
Lincoln Mark VIII Rear Spindle and Hub
From the same Mark VIII as the differential assembly. Clean and includes stock mounting hardware.
I would like $650 for everything which is less than my costs for these parts. Although shipping will expensive, I will pay for it to anywhere within the continental US.
I have been working on a one to two year assignment in Houston, TX and the differential is here with me in Houston. The differential and spindles are at my permanent home in Tucson, AZ. I will next be in Tucson in early November so if someone is interested, I will be able to ship everything in just a few weeks. If a potential buyer is in a position to pick up in items in either Houston or Tucson, I would be happy to share the cost savings resulting from not needing to ship all of the parts.
I would not hurt to let me know if you want individual parts. If I can find buyers for the parts, I will of course divide them.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
