Pedal Box not fitting any help?

Working on #081 and I cant get the pedal box in. (2007 Donor) I can put the clutch master cylinder on then the holes for the brake master cylinder are off by 1/2 inch. like wise if I align up the pedal for the brake then I can't get the Clutch M/C mounted. All mounting holes at the support brace are off also if I go with the Clutch mounted.
Any Solutions?
