I started to replace my clutch cable and I noticed that the arm that the bottom part of the cable attaches to can be moved back and forth easily. Is this normal?46033

I don't know who set up your system but it doesn't hurt to test the clutch while you have it out of the car or at least with the trans off. I did mine while I was putting it all together on the garage floor. I used a little pulley system to activate the clutch arm and used the clutch plate alignment tool to see if the clutch plate was releasing completely. That way you can adjust the arm at the bell housing if it is not just right. Just a suggestion. If it was done professionally, they probably did that for you.
After looking at the pic, I guess you already have it in the car.
WEK.
