Fuel Level Sender for Fuel Cells

Tip for those looking to save a couple bucks on a fuel sender for the fuel cell. What ATL sells at a steep markup can be found at Hardin Marine online for a bunch cheaper. I just bought one for the 818's fuel cell after using one on our Lemons car fuel cell. I recommend getting the 3-wire version as it will work with pretty much any aftermarket fuel level gauge out there. They are easy to trim to pretty much any fuel cell if you get one that is longer than your application. Fuel starvation is the classic way that racers keep track of if they're running out of gas, but we've found that keeping track of the fuel level is pretty critical if using a HydraMat, as the fuel pump will go until the cell is dry without starving first.
