Hey Guys,
Though you'd like to see the next Coupe to go to the paint shop. Carl's Coupe has been stretched 5 inches in the Cockpit section. Here are some of the pictures taken today as the masking started. Tomorrow will be the final guide coat, with the sanding prior to paint.
Nice Gaps on the door!

Incredible.
Can we see the driver's side with the bubble on the roof?
5" in the cockpit?!? How much of that went into legroom?
I must admit, I hadn't realized anyone was doing a build like this before.
Do you believe in love at first sight?

David,
This is the best picture I have of the bubble, if you look at the wheel well, and the length of the door, you can tell something happened there. All of the 5 inches are in the Cockpit area. The car was cut from center of drivers door, to the center of the passengers door, same with the roof and chassis. The distance from the front edge of the bubble to the windshield line is the give away.....

Steven,
Look at this picture to see if you can tell the difference a little better.

Tim,
Carl is using some type of smaller Halogen package, I haven't seen them yet, but I should have pictures by next weekend.

Getting close! Rip, it's hard to tell it was changed untill you get in the car thru a MUCH bigger door! :-) I can't wait to see it finished Carl.
Hank, healed enough to get any work done on your's yet?
