Fuel Gauge reads empty with 1/2 tank.

I have the new FFR tank, Brian's wiring harness and the fuel senders measure various resistance and the wires to the senders have voltage.
I also checked the floats and they are close but not touching.
We also removed the senders and moved the floats to full but it still reads empty.
So, what could be wrong?
Not sure what to look at next.
Suggestions?

I have the original FFR tank and when mine reads 3/4 it's empty... I want a new tank

My body reads empty when its half full. Pretty sure I set up the level correctly

Sounds like you have the sender or sender's wired wrong they should measure about 10 ohms(FULL) to <100 ohms (empty). Subaru gas tank has two senders wired
in series, each one is about 5 to 50 ohms. If you are using one sender you must get a 0 to 100 or (0-90 ohm)ohms fuel sender.
