Engine builders in the San Diego area

I'm thinking about tearing down my 351W and stroking it to 427ci. I've used Total Performance in the past for some engine related stuff but not building or machining and thought I'd heard they are a bit pricey. I've also heard of JBA but not used them before. I'm pretty much looking for a shop to put together a rotating assembly kit and possibly assemble the engine. I will definitely have it dyno tuned to make sure it's all ready to go. Any other shop options people know about or experiences with JBA or TP in terms of engine building?
